In this sense, the Association “Daniel Center” Bacau strives to help the community to understand the problems of children and young people with disabilities and their families, in order to provide them with the necessary framework for a childhood and a life as dignified and fulfilled as to to any.
Why would you do volunteering?
Because someone would need your support and the information you hold in a particular area.
To help people in difficulty.
Because your presence, talent and training could help.
Since you are an altruistic, energetic and empathetic person, willing to get involved in solving the problems your peers have.
Because your optimistic character, it can positively influence the person in difficulty.
Volunteering – practice
Volunteering is the activity that you can do on your own initiative, providing some of your time, energy and knowledge to support children with special needs.
According to the organizational policy of the “Daniel” Center, we stimulate and encourage volunteering and civic involvement in supporting the integration of children with disabilities in the community.
In order to achieve this goal, different people are involved, coming from both the high schools, those who have attended the courses of the physiotherapy or psychology faculties, as well as other people who want to contribute through different ways to increase the quality of life of the beneficiary children.
The students from the specializations: physiotherapy, psychology, psycho-pedagogy and social assistance can carry out their practice activity in our Center.
